Where Ace Laundry collects
Ace Laundry is based at 93 Lansford Crescent, Avondale. Pickup and delivery are available within 25km, including Mount Roskill, Mount Eden, Auckland CBD and nearby suburbs. Enter your address when booking to confirm eligibility; driver instructions are required so the collection point is clear.
Collection and return windows
Choose an available pickup and return window: Monday to Friday 8–11am, 11am–2pm or 2–4pm; Saturday 11am–1pm. Sundays are closed. Book before 9am for same-day pickup. Same-day return is a separate $15 option for laundry-only bookings on a future weekday with an 8–11am pickup, not for pickups booked on the same day. Dry cleaning takes 2–3 working days.
Know the total before paying
Wash and dry starts at NZ$35 for a small 5–6kg load or NZ$40 for a large 8–10kg load. Folding is an optional $15 add-on. The minimum order is $45. Pickup and delivery are free on orders of $50 or more; otherwise the fee is $10. Prices include GST, final options are confirmed at checkout, and payment is by card.
