Remove personal belongings. Flag delicate fabrics and any items whose label requires dry cleaning.

Keep specialist garments apart from everyday washing. Tell us about stains and any treatments already used; stain removal is not guaranteed.

Add driver notes with the entrance, access instructions and where to meet you. Hotel guests should coordinate the handover with reception.
- 04Choose realistic return timing
Book before 9am for same-day pickup. Standard laundry comes back as soon as the next day; dry cleaning and other specialist services need 2–3 working days.
NZD, GST included. $45 minimum order. Free pickup & delivery on $50+; otherwise $10. ACE10 applies automatically to eligible first orders. Guests can book without an account; signed-in customers can redeem available reward points at checkout.
